I was there for probably more than an hour and 20 min. worst service I’ve ever had. sat in the drive threw for 20 minutes no one answered the intercom. so my wife went inside after 20 minutes she asked me to come inside to see if I could get a better result. I was in there for about 40 minutes and finally got somewhere when I asked for the manager loud enough for everyone to hear and all of a sudden my order was done. I ordered a 3 piece and didn't check the order,drove home and sat down to eat and i only got 2 pieces ,disappointed but I will go back I Love there Chicken!
The worst location! It's so bad apparently reading others reviews...first time here. Placed 3 piece order online for carry out and took 35min to get. When I arrived to location, line was super long so definitely slow. One worker inside seemed frustrated and as a whole crew just looked lost. Food was good though just terrible service.
Definitely don’t recommend eating or ordering at this KFC managers know nothing apparently as to when they will have more chicken. When I went through drive thru i was wanting tea with my order and was told “I can give it to you but it may no longer be good” when asked when it was made and supposed to be changed i was told they didn’t know that either! Please do better!
