1st time ever the order was messed up and over charged $3.00, new employee so no big deal because he's learning the cash register (benefit of the doubt, ya know). The "25 minute wait" was actually 1 hour later. Food so good it was well worth the wait. A lot of waiting customers became rude and complaining loudly. I went here for lunch yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised at the establishment. It was so clean, the team was friendly. The sandwich exceeded my expectations. I have zero complaints about the place. I could tell The lady who took my order appreciated my business by her kindness.
Ordered dinner yesterday. Chicken and macaroni and cheese. Once we got home to eat, as I was eating my macaroni and cheese I noticed I was chewing on something tough…spit it out and find it’s a piece of their plastic packaging. I called the building multiple times and never got a response back. Not even a refund. Disappointing to see KFC not care about their customer experiences.
