I ordered Crunchwrap, burritos and nachos and chalupa supreme, we came home checked the bag and as always we didn’t get all of our food in the bag, my husband went back to store to get the missing food, their employees arguing with us that you got all the food in the bag! Are u kidding me? Like we lied just for 2 burritos??!!! Instead of apologizing. And this was not their first time! I have never got the whole food in my bag!!!! Stopped on the way to NY from florida at about 11pm...So an hour before close. The associate was patient, but the food was cold, also ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito, got an oversized tortilla with just semi warm beans and beef and no plasticware for my cantina chicken bowl. So, the thought of eating halfway decent food was nice...but instead Im frustrated, tired and hangry. With food I can't physically eat in my car.
The order accuracy here is atrocious. Double check your order before you leave because they probably forgot something or heard you wrong. They get 1 extra star because the food is at least good.
