I visited the KFC in Thurmont, MD today to place an order. While I was waiting, one customer was being assisted by three employees, including the manager. After they finished with that customer, all three employees stepped away from the register without acknowledging me. I then watched as they walked past the counter with their backs turned, and this continued for several minutes. Food was okay but took quite awhile to get it and was only 1 other customer ahead of me and there were 5 or 6 employees visible.
Food was good enough but slaw was frozen. Place needs a facelift or a remodel as it's looking quiet run-down
