So I walk in, 15 Minutes after opening, after I placed my order online, I immediately noticed the floor is dirty, clearly it wasn’t clean the night before because there were no other customers in the store. I would have left but I already ordered and paid for my food, so I can’t just leave. This location costs more than the one on Elizabeth. Four dollars more for the same combo meal. Didn’t get food because they wouldn’t take a KFC giftcard. Said it was fake, it wasn’t. Also if you go to order online (for this location) you sure can put in a gift card number so they obviously take them. Very rude (and trashy) employee and manager… Go to the other store if only because you’ll save money.
this lady forgot my chicken sandwich and had the nerve to say she didn't. as a manager she should know how to admit to a mistake.
