I ordered food online. It said 20 to 30 minutes to pick up. We ger there, stand in line forever with no one helping us. They are not busy. Then they finally help us and we had to wiat longer to get the food. It was 1 hour from the time we ordered before we left to go home and finally eat.

Came here 10/3/2025 8:45pm to the south store and the lobby was closed they said it closed at 8. Then she immediately had me park as a doordash driver. She was parking every car and when i said that it wasn't very nice she said she didn't care. It was a lady with glasses and a southern accent incase the owner cares. Very unprofessional place.
Tried calling around 6pm to see what time they close. No answer. So I went in person, and drive through had 4 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me. Waited 23 minutes and drive thru line never moved! One lady was banging on the door and yelling that she has been waiting for her order she paid for. She was saying it's been 30 minutes.
