I have come to this place for years and have always had good customer service, and delicious fried steak every Wednesday... Well recently they seem to be horribly under staffed.... And the staff they do have are very rude ... It shouldn't take an hour to get to customers... Or to drop some chicken.... Management there, please do something!!!!
The worst KFC ever
The GM AMY is as rude as it gets! Literally the densest GM I've ever spoke with...zero help with a remedy. Caution when ordering online. Please do better KFC, I'll be supporting a new place. Called corporate to get my $ back and now they were very pleasant. Amy should consider a career change not involving customer service period lol!
I had a huge order and there was a long line and I asked to use the restroom he said I had to order first there were four people in front of me I'll take my money elsewhere very rude and hateful customer service from now on it's Kentucky fried Chicken on the north side
