9/22/26 this place has a terrible atmosphere, employees dragging like they have to work here, 10 minutes to be waited on inside the lobby, light off in parking lot, on when I came out. Cold fries, chicken nuggets dry and overcooked. Went into the restaurant lobby to see i could use the coupons i received in the mail, the employee stated they don't know how to ring up the $11, $9 and $7 box. Employee I had was rude. Didn't give me a chance to finish ordering before she told me to pull up. She never gave me a total at the windows, she just told me to pull up and wait for my food. When bringing it out to me never said anything just handed me the bag I had chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were good but thought the sandwich was to crispy. I won't be back

So sad I been craving chicke all day just for my chicken to be soggy because there was so much grease a we got it fresh and I get a soggy ass bucket

Always a long wait and then they get your order wrong. It's better to go to the other location

Went into the restaurant lobby to see i could use the coupons i received in the mail, the employee stated they don't know how to ring up the $11, $9 and $7 box. I had to asked if the place was opened, was ignored cuz I seen employees looking but not hearing. The parking lot lites were out, this is not safe for customers coming out of restaurant. This is why I don't eat fast foods.
