Not one for posting poor reviews but this experience was not the best. I placed an online order and when I pulled up they parked me and i was there almost 30 minutes and for waiting that long the food came out older and subpar. The thing that makes it worse is that when I got home, before I even tried anything I found s bug floating on top of my drink and that was it for me. I understand being short handed and or busy, bu I can't find an excuse for allowing a bug in the drink
The employees at the counter were very nice. However, when I asked why my order was taking so long, they gave me a time, so I patiently waited until said time had expired. Then I asked again when my order would be finished, they added another 10 minutes. I waited a total of 35 minutes for an order that was called in. I'm bummed because I like KFC.
I went to KFC AT 1644 S. Prairie Pueblo Colorado. Worst experience EVER I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! 50 MINUTES in the Drive thru for 1 piece of chicken and I side no drink!!! Got to the window and she tells me no one has your order!!! So waited some more..Gave me my food no im sorry no NOTHING!! NORTH SIDE KFC IN PUEBLO IS A WHOLE NEW WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Will definitely drive across town. DO BETTER KFC😡👎👎👎👎👎
Slowest wait time in pueblo. Out of food as well. This place needs new workers and new management.
