The inner Karen in me has awaken after today’s purchase at this KFC. I didn’t even think it was possible. No idea how this KFC is rated so low because I drive WAYYYYY out of the way to ONLY go to this KFC when there is a kfc only a mile from my house. My daughter is 18 months old but when I was pregnant with her the ONLY thing I could stomach was a mashed potato bowl with no chicken. And so, that’s what I ate… every single day. It's astonishing how slow and unwilling the workers are to serve orders on time. I realized they weren't even cooking the chicken. They had the chicken on the racks, where they store it already prepared, and the workers simply didn't feel like serving it. They were looking at each other, talking, pacing, and I just watched without saying a word, as they couldn't or didn't want to do it properly. I spent over 20 minutes waiting just for them to serve me the chicken.
