Ordered 8pc all wings was given 8 pc mixed I drove 15 mins after calling and guy told me sorry I will replace the 8 pc and give you 6 extra for the inconvenience. When I got there he only gave me 8pc and when I asked him what happen to the 6 extra he said “he never said that” I have more things to say but he doesn’t need to be in charge. Food is always a disappointment here I don’t know why I keep returning this is the only kfc that near me without having to drive but I won’t be returning here anymore . There either handing out uncooked chicken , or stale chicken biscuits are not baked throughly. Today I received cold chicken and soft chicken tenders with the breading falling off . Fries was soggy & biscuits were doughy. I wanted to return but I already made it home and the management is horrible here.
Karolina the girl in the drive-thru was extremely rude and short tempered with me. To top it all off the food was terrible. I will be requesting a refund and not returning to this location.
Food was fresh and gave me a free treat 😘
