Terrible! We went there on July 4, 2026 for dinner. First, they couldn't find our order. I spoke to 3 different people who kept asking me the same questions over and over again like they were stupid. After I told them what I ordered, they finally found it under a different name. I ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken and a 4 piece of biscuits. The manager was very helpful and sweet on a mistake I made on the app. The order was sent to be picked up at Benton instead of Mt Vernon. She filled the order anyway while I was messing with trying to fix my mistake. Thank you for being so kind!
To the ongoing dying world! Been going to KFC for the better part of 40 years. I know nobody give to doodles of how we got here, but the recipe on the chicken has changed (not for the better). I had several other people bring such things to my attention and noticed the last several times it has changed. It makes since in todays world of premium price for low quality product/zero cares! I am a lover of chicken and I like KFC chicken but this particular KFC restaurant in Thomasville the service is very loud was in there yesterday I was only person in the lobby after 5 minutes nobody noticed me nobody said I'll be with you in a minute sir nothing like I was Casper the ghost and this isn't the first time that this has happened it has happened several times before and I can assure you I will not return to that KFC in Thomasville North Carolina
Young lady at drive thru was Very rude, she rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me. She was working at 12 noon on 5/20/26. I normally dont go to KFC, and I want be back. Customer service does not exist anymore.
well, we ordered chicken strips and we were directed to Park in parking lot along with 4 other customers. We have been siting here for 20 min when a worker brought someone else's food out. I told her we have been waiting for 20 minutes, she shrugged and said sorry. At 25 min we went to drive thru and they stated food was ready and he didnt know why it wasnt brought out. We got a refund and went to a different restaurant. ZERO STARS NEVER AGAIN. We are at B-Dubs so much better
Nasty Chicken they ought to shut the doors
I went to KFC on Sunday to pick up dinner for my family. When I arrived, I was told they had no chicken ready and that it would take 15 minutes to cook. I waited in my car and went back inside 20 minutes later, only to be told it was still cooking. I then waited another 10 minutes, and after that they still took about 5 more minutes just to pack the order. In total, I waited around 40 minutes just to receive my food. Chicken was died out so bad gave it to my dogs. Hockey puck biscuits. Waste of money. Lesson learned
