Ordered 2 meals to go, 4/17/26, around 6:30 pm. Chicken dried out. Biscuit very crunchy. Fries tough and chewy. Mac and cheese very dry. Really. KFC??? So disappointing.
I don't usually leave reviews and especially not bad ones but this was the worst service I've ever received anywhere. First of all, walking in it was about 85 degrees inside. There was one person waiting and then my husband and I. An associate came up to the counter and just stared at me until I placed my order, he didn't say a word to us. Went here like three months ago. There was an older black lady behind the counter who was literally yelling and cussing at the patrons. Everyone in the store kind of laughed it off and was amazed she had a job dealing with the public. We felt bad for the other employees who also had to deal with her attitude and terrible disposition and who didnt have the luxury of leaving when we did. The food was mediocre at best. This is the worst KFC in the world. You can go here at 9 PM and they are out of mashed potatoes and they don’t close till midnight and their mashed potatoes made with hot water. I went there today. My bill was $9.41. I gave the kid $20.50 and didn’t know how much change to give me back. This is bad. Secondly no silverware no spoon and the iced tea looks like water whoever owns this franchise it should be taken from them. It is the worst franchise in the world avoid this place at all cost.
