I have ate at this restaurant multiple times in last few weeks food is always good front counter cashier faith is super friendly always greets me knows my order by heart now very welcoming

The spicy chicken sandwich at this KFC had overly tough chicken that was difficult to chew, as if it had been fried multiple times. The nuggets were excessively salty and lacked good flavor, falling far short of the “It’s finger lickin’ good” claim on the packaging. I also witnessed a male employee enter the women’s restroom just as a female customer was coming out; he did not acknowledge her and walked straight in, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I ordered 45$ of food and had to pull around to wait for my KFC order. I waited 5 minuets for it to be incorrect. I was missing my crispy chx nuggets and the lady said oh I gave you a 4 piece strip instead we don't have any nuggets left. I told her I don't want the tenders I want the nuggets as they were for my 2 and 1 year old. So I waited almost 20 minuets for the nuggets.
