I hope the owners of this franchise take a closer look at what’s happening here. The staff seem disengaged and management comes across as indifferent or even rude sometimes. They are often out of items like the chicken pot pie, which I was told is “a pain to make so they only make 2 at a time,” why? That is limiting your sales and profits. Then the wait times are long. Reheated chicken, it looked like 3 weeks ago, and old biscuit!!!! Horrible
I went through the drive-thru to order a family meal, and the person taking my order was extremely rude and clearly did not care about the customers or the business. She refused to take my order, refused to let me speak with a manager, and basically told me that nobody cared and that I could sit in the drive-thru as long as I wanted for all she cared. Usually love this place but not last night . First there was a handmade sign saying the lobby was closed . I arrived around 5 ish . I ordered a 12 piece meal extra crispy , to my surprise they didnt have enough , so I said ok give me the 8 piece and I got the same response. I then asked what do you have ?
