Extremely rude staff, cold nasty food and always some wrong with the order. Every 6 months or so I attempt to go back and each time it's worse and worse. Tonight was the final straw (which I didn't even get in my order).
Staff closed the lobby extremely early and was extremely rude and unfriendly in the drive through.. would highly not recommend
I hope the owners of this franchise take a closer look at what’s happening here. The staff seem disengaged and management comes across as indifferent or even rude sometimes. They are often out of items like the chicken pot pie, which I was told is “a pain to make so they only make 2 at a time,” why? That is limiting your sales and profits. Then the wait times are long. Reheated chicken, it looked like 3 weeks ago, and old biscuit!!!! Horrible
