Worst service I have had at any KFC the management team here ran this business into the dirt. No surprise at all this location is now closed permanently.

I ordered through the app and went to pick it up on my lunch break. When I got there I was told the cook never showed up and my order would be an extra 20 minutes. I told them to cancel my order and they said they couldn't do it, I had to cancel the order myself. You cant do it on the app but I had to get back to work. I called the 800 number and talked to someone but there hasn't been sign of a return on my credit card. Their customer service is all around is pretty bad.
