Ordered my food and then sat in line for over 30 minutes! No explanation of why we’re sitting there or any apologies from the staff!
This KFC location is an absolute embarrassment and should be ashamed of how it treats paying customers. I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready in 5–15 minutes, but when I arrived, not one employee acknowledged me for over 20 minutes. My food was sitting there the entire time, hidden out of sight instead of being placed on the customer pickup counter where it belonged. I wish they would put the 11 herbs and spices in the extra crispy chicken, I like the crunch but it's bland when compared to the flavor of the original recipe
