It’s is the best. Number 1 kfc in Rochester
Went on Saturday evening around 8pm on August 2nd. I ordered a number 2 with white meat and a Root Beer. I knew the order would be wrong by noticing the effort of the employee. Sure enough my drink had to be reminded at the window and I was giving the wrong chicken. I politely asked for white meat, I got home 5 minutes later as I live in the area. The mash potatos were cold, the biscuit was soggy and the chicken was gross and the skin was soggy, brown and wet.
Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid This KFC at All Costs If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I just had the absolute worst experience at the drive-through, and it was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. I placed an order for two Number Seven meals with mashed potatoes, fries, and Mountain Dew (no ice). The order taker acknowledged my order and told me to drive up to the next window.
