They added two kiosks that u can order from which were very helpful but if you are paying cash you have to pay at register after ordering so thats a wait. Food tasted good, fries were excellent. Honey bbq tenders were good alittle sweet but satisfying. The restaurant was clean and they had a bathroom.

I'm writing this review to highlight the outstanding service provided by Sharon at the Utica Ave KFC branch. Every time I visit, they are exceptionally polite, efficient, and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. Sharon really made my day ! She has a positive attitude, even during busy rushes, and makes the effort to ensure the order is correct and the customer feels valued.
