The staff was dismissive. They kept directing clients to the kiosk for ordering. Then when we did order and you needed something they would have us wait at the counter. They have 2 people working the entire place. When I asked for condiments they said you have to request it with your order and that they charge for ketchup! The chicken was also not crispy it was an odd mix of original and crispy.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Was pulled to a parking spot to wait for my food. Waited 15 minutes while watching 7-10 cars all get their food before me. Finally just got back in the drive thru line to ask for my food. First worker was really nice and trying his best but there is a lady I see all the time that has the worst attitude about everything.
