We ordered through the KFC app and it was delivered via DoorDash and I was not pleased with the service nor the food itself. We had a somewhat large order and half our order was not delivered. Although the girl Rachel, who I assume was a manager, rectified the mistakes and was nice and professional it still does not take away the fact I paid for delivery and a tip and the order was not correct.
