Ordered a special 8 piece. 4 wings, 4 breast, no dark meat. We live 20 .minutes away. Came home, started eating, got to the 2nd layer, it was all dark meat. How disappointed we were, we get KFC once or twice a year. In these times ,as seniors, this is a treat for us. Horribly stale fries as well. We waited because their weren't enough breasts and for biscuits as well.

We placed a mobile order, showed up at our promise time, waited 30 minutes in the lobby without acknowledgement, then finally were told it would be another 20 minutes to have it ready. When we asked the staff they just threw their hands up and didn't care one bit. Totally and completely ridiculous. Highly disappointed and will never be returning here. The staff then tells us they can't give a refund at the store and to call. Then we call, they tell us they can't either. An absolute joke of a business robbing us of our money.... read more

I was told to pull forward while they were making the food, however there were already 3 cars pulled forward. I had nowhere to pull forward to. I went back through the drive-thru to see if I could get a refund because I didn’t have anywhere to wait, and it had been a while and I needed to go. I picked a fast food place expecting the service to be fast. They said they don’t do refunds and that it would only be a minute longer. They can’t get an order right to save their lives. The quality of the food has plummeted, but the prices keep going up. I’m done with this place. Popeyes is better anyway.
