I Placed an order online and of course it wasn’t ready when I got there to pick it (as usual). I was told I was next in line. 15 minutes later I noticed a bag on counter behind the cashier and asked if it was mine. She said yes I just need to get your drink. She didn’t apologize or even say thank you as she put my food on the counter. No surprise but my food was ice cold and way over cooked. This happened a couple of days ago and to no surprise, the restaurant has closed down overnight.
Awful store. Drink had no ice, fries half full and cold, mashed potatoes cold. This place sucks.
I usually don’t make bad reviews no matter what but 30 minutes, for a small coke and small fries with no one at the drive-through is crazyyyyyy. And they still forgot the coke 😂 The young man with disability deserves a raise, looks like he is the only one working there.
Said they were closed out of chicken. 9:20 pm tuesday
