I don’t understand how places like this can continue to be open as you read terrible review after terrible review. I feel exactly the same way about the McDonald’s in Nappanee. this is nappanee guys… this should be a fairly decent at the LEAST in customer service. i’m mind blown that these places are still open. DEAR TACO BELL/KFC + MCDONALDS …. DO THE CITY OF NAPPANEE A FAVOR; start over from SCRATCH! have some standards for yourself when hiring new management and employees. it’s fast food guys….. not that hard 🤷🏼♀️
This place is never open. Been trying to get kfc after work for a month. Today they have a sign on the drive thru that says closed for maintenance

Slow and greasy or cold
The absolute worst service and out of everything Seems everytime we do the drive thru they are out of everything on the menu including condiments lol My daughter had to request her change tonight after being told we're out of 3 menu items. What a joke. While speaking with my daughter tonight she mentioned most of the lights were off 2 hours before closing time and 6 employees were sitting at a table in dinning area. Does management not know or care what is going on in their store.
