I don’t come here often but every time I do I regret it the foods cold an old or they forget to give you your full order the staff are so unprofessional this time I went a lady had a cigarette out while taking orders

My husband and I bobtailed from the pilot truck stop with a big appetite for some chicken. We know good food takes time, and we didn’t wait much long. We want to directly thank one of your employees, Mr. Alex for being so professional, and welcoming to the restaurant. We thank you Alex!

Second weekend I tried eating at KFC First meal they put everything in with my Nashville hot. I wasn’t about to eat a bun soaked in sauce. Left a survey asking to be contact and heard NOTHING Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again and today it was awful. It was cold-Luke warm at best. The chicken wasn’t good -the mashed potatoes were over whipped or something cause they were soupy and the biscuit was doughy I will say this: if you get a meal at this place during the weekday it comes out hot and correct. If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order was there not even 5 minutes after it said to be there. Had to wait in line almost 30 minutes. Food freezing cold, my kids juice was missing, all our pops were flat, and I spent 45 dollars on food for my family of 5. Manager wasn't even willing to fix what was wrong and was very rude. 10/10 don't recommend and will not be going back.
