They take forever to sale you old food. Fries where old and when I told the manager she had an attitude never going back
I went in to try the new tender meal. And that was good, but as far as the personnel, they were rude and didn't care to answer any questions on top of that, There were dirty tables that were not cleaned up.
Did not get the young man's name, great service, great food. I would recommend this location. Job well done. There were only 2 people working!! Young man was very polite.
I had the opportunity to discuss a recent visit with the manager, Madeline Salas. She helped me understand what the situation was, how she effectively coached the staff to improve future customer experiences, and also her excitement to have the opportunity to change everyone’s perception of HER store. She takes ownership and has a plan, you couldn’t ask for a better leader. Everything was corrected and the food was delicious!
