I paid for an 8 piece nugget meal and got 5 nuggets literally the size of a quarter, no dressing on slaw, no biscuit, wrong drink and paid $13.73. contacted the company and they said sorry we will send you a $5 voucher. They need to close this store down
Tried calling 3 times because I wanted to make sure my chicken would be ready when I got there. Nobody answered. Drove to the restaurant to find the lobby locked and the drive thru had people pulled forward. Do better kfc. Will not be back.
The food was cold waited 30 minutes just for cold food and workers just did nothing they just looked at there phones and smoked outside this is why I’m not coming back to the kfc in batesville
