I ordered online last night for my husband to pick up. They closed at 9, I ordered at 8:30. My husband got there just on time before they closed. When he got home I noticed there was only 1 bag and it looked light. I opened it and we had NONE of our sides. I was supposed to have 2 Mac and cheeses and 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. Then I realized that they only gave us 1 of my husbands Mac and cheese bowls. I ordered 2 for him. I was so excited to get the kfc twister again. Reminded me of being a teenager and renting movies at video world next door and getting a twister and popcorn chicken. Anyway. The twister was half the size of what it used to be. Now they are the size of a McDonald’s snack wrap. Also it was ice cold. Very disappointed. Some things just aren’t how you remember them.
Horrible service and place to order. Employees not great with clients. 7 pm no service no food. Never come back
