The chicken seem to be not fully cooked it was almost like being served mush no crispiness to the chicken I went in on a Tuesday where they have the 8 for 10 and they always running out of food because they couldn't mix it up unless we waited for at least 20 minutes staff was decent but the food was horrible so this should be a need to be corrected some of us is getting tired of going to this place cuz it's always a problem with the service of the food.

Walked in to the lobby to order my son and I some lunch because I was told the drive through was down. Every time we come we always get legs because that is all my son will eat. The man who took my order not only rushed me and spoke to me very aggressively, but refused to let me order two 4 piece meals with all legs. I told him I had no problem waiting or even mixing original and crispy and was still told no.I could tell my son was even uncomfortable with the hostility. Just an awful experience all around.
