They just gave me burnt chicken that looked like it had been sitting all day the guy did the refund made things even worse by smiling as he said you should have a refund in a few days I work so it doesn’t bother me it’s the fact I asked for original I was told that’s all they had and I received burnt when I say this chicken was so dry I’ve never had anything like this from kfc smh to spend 13.74 and get this after working on all day is crazy

No DoorDash after ten? And we only find out AFTER it’s been ordered for an hour. RIDICULOUS!!
Had one person working front register and drive through..some food was missing from our order but was given to us when asked. Customer came in being very rude and aggressive with workers
