Date of Experience: July 26, 2025 at 9:21 PM I’m honestly in disbelief at the customer service I received tonight. I called ahead to this location as a courtesy, just to ensure my DoorDash order would be correct—since previous orders had been wrong. I specifically asked for no lettuce, no tomato, and wanted to make sure that was noted clearly. I went to Taco Bell Around 12:30am on Thursday July 18th,2025 The gentleman at drive through no hello no thank you for choosing taco bell. He says to customer/ me to start off KFC is closed down for the night not a problem. then he says only taco bell open not a problem. Read the reviews, took my chance. Went in and ordered some pieces of chicken. Everything went well. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich to go to take to somebody that was working at home. I didn’t open the bag to check. This was a mistake. The reviews warned me of the workers at this KFC. I didn’t listen. The food item in the bag could not be called a sandwich. If I could give this KFC 0 stars, I would. First of all I ordered from door dash to pick it up. The app gives you a specific time when it should be ready so I show up at that time to find out that they haven't even started the chicken yet. They were very rude about that and offered no apologies. They told me that it would take an additional 15-20 minutes, so I waited since I was already there. Finally got my food after 20 minute wait and took it home. The wait wasn't nearly as bad as the food itself was. The chicken tasted l... read more
