This location is terrible. The manager has the worst attitude and appears to not want to do her job, when pulling up to the speaker no greeting just "what do you want" and spent yhe whole time huffing and puffing. After asking for fresh chicken she put the old chicken at the bottom of the box under other pieces. I will be filing a report with the health department. Hopefully the corporate office sees this and finds a new manager.

Long wait eventhough I ordered online the young lady behind the counter was great it just appeared she was the only 1 working counter and drive thru so if I had to rate her she would get a five but thewait on food that was ordered ahead was not acceptable

When you pay over $50 for a 16 pierce meal. When we go to the counter to pick it up, I said to him.This is four pieces of each part of the chicken, right? The shift manager tells me we ran out of wings so I gave you extra thighs and legs. I said that's not gonna work.The wings are the reason why I came.He said it'll be another 14 minutes. So we waited to get home to find there are no breast at all.In the bucket, that costs me over $50.00. Never again

Staff was friendly. Line was not long. The Tenders were of good size and not over cooked.

I went to the drive thru on 12/13/2025 around 3:50pm ordered 2/12 piece hot wings. African American woman in her late 20s early 30s dark complexion, no glasses, with small plats in her head said only have one 12 piece and 6 wings. I said are you cooking more wings, she was very nasty and unprofessional and said you would have to wait. I told her I don't mind waiting and she caught an attitude.
