Long wait eventhough I ordered online the young lady behind the counter was great it just appeared she was the only 1 working counter and drive thru so if I had to rate her she would get a five but thewait on food that was ordered ahead was not acceptable
When you pay over $50 for a 16 pierce meal. When we go to the counter to pick it up, I said to him.This is four pieces of each part of the chicken, right? The shift manager tells me we ran out of wings so I gave you extra thighs and legs. I said that's not gonna work.The wings are the reason why I came.He said it'll be another 14 minutes. So we waited to get home to find there are no breast at all.In the bucket, that costs me over $50.00. Never again
Staff was friendly. Line was not long. The Tenders were of good size and not over cooked.
I went to the drive thru on 12/13/2025 around 3:50pm ordered 2/12 piece hot wings. African American woman in her late 20s early 30s dark complexion, no glasses, with small plats in her head said only have one 12 piece and 6 wings. I said are you cooking more wings, she was very nasty and unprofessional and said you would have to wait. I told her I don't mind waiting and she caught an attitude. They forgot the biscuits I ordered. The chicken was standard and exactly what I expected. Not special, just good fast food chicken.
