That was the first time I had been to a KFC in twenty years!!! It's still just as delicious as I remember!!! The food was fresh and hot and the service was phenomenal and I even got a military discount!!! Keep doing what you're doing KFC!!!
Arrived around Noon for lunch. Employee was kind and helpful. Food not so much. Ordered a pot pie and a 2 piece meal. Wanted an original breast and wing or thigh, and Cole slaw. Was told that they didn't cook enough original breast, so it would be a 15 minute wait. I said fine. First, they brought me 2 thighs. I didn't want thighs. I waited. Layy was a big help. We had a $100 bill and the gentleman said he couldn't take it. I asked for the manager and she came out to the rescue and helped us. She went above and beyond. Great and awesome customer service by Layy. Thank you.
