Ordered online due to phone line showing busy for an hour. Online order was wrong, tried to correct it, couldn't, I called but still busy signal. I called the number on the web and they created a case then transferred me, this took awhile, I was told after spending $120 i couldn't make changes to the order. The potato "wedges" are a joke. They're flat and disgusting. Nothing like they used to be. Chicken littles were cold and everything was just thrown in bag. Employees always get order wrong. Used to love KFC back in the day but just like everything else these days. It sucks!!!!! Steer clear of this place. Dirty and incompetent
