Came here to get some good old KFC, just to find out that apparently they won't do one specific type of chicken, like an all legs or all thighs. Apparently, according to the general manager's rule, I'm pretty disappointed as I don't like certain types of chicken and why can't I order? What I'd like whenever the other location does a little disappointed. I had to pass

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life. The food was disgusting. The chicken smelled rotten and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The biscuits were so overcooked and hard that they were almost impossible to eat. When I complained, an employee tried to tell me they were supposed to be hard on the outside and soft on the inside. me and my mom have come here a few times now, and every the same lady working the window is always very rude. we ordered crispy chicken and were given regular, we came back a different time and the same thing happened so we got a refund, all while this same lady is acting rude and impatient towards us when we did nothing to deserve this behaviour. we won’t be returning.
