If I could give this KFC 0 out of 5 stars, I would. My order was wrong, and the drinks were served with no ice and extremely warm. When I brought it up, the manager immediately had an attitude instead of simply trying to fix the problem. I literally had to ask, “Do you normally serve drinks with no ice that are this warm?” Then I was told they didn’t have my order, again with an unnecessary attitude, only for another employee to step in and correct the manager and confirm the situation. The food comes out cold, and im not the only one experiencing it. The workers were rude after they gave me someone elses food, and after they got me my correct order the over charged me with stuff in the bag that I didnt even order!? Its hard to hear anyone talk since its really noisy in there. The buffet food looks like it hasnt been replaced in weeks 🤢. Some workers were just standing doing nothing. They couldn't find my order after it was confirmed and paid for on the app. When they finally started preparing it, they let half the order get cold on the counter while they cleaned the floor and counter. Strongly recommend ownership inspect this location. The attitude of the employees when they run out of core food items during the middle of dinner is ridiculous. Know your business. Know your job.
