Worst drive thru experience, the personal are very rude, its the 2nd time i go there and both times have been bad experiences, apparently im not the only one who thinks that....... that place need new employees
Ordered delivery. The bbq Korean fries 🍟 I think were a weird combination. Was not a fan of them at all. My chicken was a little overdone and darker, but surprisingly still juicy. Wasnt a fan of the potato cakes or whatever they were called. Didn't care for the nuggets either. I feel like they used to be different? They forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy which was sad . Overall wasn't awful just wasn't amazing either. Oh but hey they remembered all my sauces :)
We pulled up to drive through, mentioned need a minute, dont know the menu options,and were asked if need help with the menu, then to hurry, they are timed. We did not stay and order
Worst drive thru experience ever. First we waited for someone to take our order. Then the guy told my husband he couldn't hear him and he needed to order inside. My husband had throat cancer so his voice is gruff sometimes So I said the order and he told me he couldn't hear me. My voice is very loud so I know he could hear me. So we pulled up to the drive through window and he said "Naw you can't be wasting my time. Go inside." Nobody else was in the drive through. We are elderly.
