I ordered chicken wings like I always do. 4pc and biscuit. Manager denied ever having this and when I produced a receipt he was still a major jerk. If you want to meet a jerk who claims to be a manager but is terrible at customer service and may have some ax to grind and should never be in contact with the public, go here! Not me not ever again. What a JERK!
Waited almost 40 minutes for my meal only for my chicken to not be hot or crispy and told they had no more fries to go with my meal. Popeyes would never. Wouldn’t come back ever again.
As I walking into KFC at 10:27pm and was going to get on line. The manager comes in after smoking his vape in front of the restaurant yelling to the cashier “dont take no more orders”. I just walked out and looked at the hours on KFC store front stating Friday-Sunday they close at 11pm.
