Can't order online. The order is always instantly cancelled, and no one ever tries to work with or help you
If you live 20 minutes away from the store, don’t bother placing an app order—you’re not “deserving,” apparently. They expect you to place your order while standing right outside the door. Otherwise, your food will be sold to someone else just 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. They’ll claim your order “sat too long” and tell you they ran out of chicken, even though you ordered ahead and prepaid.
