hi my name is mechelle garcia and i just ordered some food from the kfc on lacey blvd. it was the sale one 8 piece for 10 then it gave me the option with meal for 20.00. in the meal it state that there will be potatoes and gravy, frys, colslaw, mac n cheese and biscits. well it was all there but the mac n cheese, when calling the store to say something about it the manager told me that they did not have a four side deal, but if you look at my oder i just put up you will see what there was suppose to be in this order. and eve... read more
I honestly do not care about anything becides the food, legit this is the only KFC I have ever been to that has always served top tier food.
Food was hot and correct as per our order today, 8/16/26, but the staff member that took our order was not very friendly and was borderline rude.
I ordered an 8 pc original chicken combo and they informed me that they only had 4 pieces ready to go. They asked me if I would like to do a half and half original and grilled chicken. After I politely informed them I'd like to do all original fried chicken the person on the headset sighed and said, "just a moment" and then said it would take 12 minutes to complete that.
