Absolutely the worst KFC ever. Tried talking to one of the employees and they didn't even speak English. Then the manager comes out and tells me she can't switch the bucket from mixed to all dark. Complete lies because the one on Martin and the one in Centralia does it for me all the time. And they ALWAYS mess up my order when it's clear as day.
Not the employee's fault whatsoever, but this store is criminally understaffed. I stood at the counter waiting for an employee to give me the bathroom code for about five minutes.
Service and atmosphere is awesome and great! I want to be very clear. We order from this location a lot because my household loves your mashed potatoe bowls. No complaints at all about service and atmosphere. Even with delivery there’s never anything missing. 100% satisfactory service all around every time! But why does your chicken taste like it just went through the cleaning cycle of a dishwasher half the time? It’s hit and miss recently. Today was the worst
