The chicken was not as good as I imagined, they didn’t give me the complete order of what I ordered, I paid in cash and they didn’t give me my full change
We loved Sebastian’s service, not only is he super sweet but he was patient while we ordered( we took a second), but he also offered us water cups since it was a hot day. Thank you Sebastian B. For being so kind and having great costumer service!!
1 out of 3 chicken tenders was tough The three-piece meal, chicken was undercooked could have been fried longer . Floor was sticky my flip-flops stuck to the floor. Tables were so so probably won’t go back. Flies flying all over where you place your order. Dirty.
Did the drive thru. It was about how they go. Hard to communicate. However, received nice service by the Julian (?) (name on the receipt) friendly, kind and working promptly. He corrected the order, different voice from the intercom (female voice) and had us pull aside so he could help others. We did not wait long and he brought it out quickly. Ive been in this industry before and notice things and who works efficiently. JULIAN did and he did it with a smile.
