Was told 16 minutes for crispy chicken. 20 minutes later I went up to check on it and everyone was busy talking and lollygagging. The manager finally looks my way and comes over and I asked about our food. She said it would take 8 to 10 minutes for crispy chicken and I told her no way and told her what happened. The food was old floors are disgusting. There’s literal mold growing I do not recommend this place unless you wanna get sick I will be contacting corporate and a health inspector as well
Well it didn't take long for you to ruin a great thing. I praises you every time. But now the chicken was burnt. Maybe better quality control is needed. Actually look at the food and see if it looks good. Let's try at least. Previous: Ultimately, this KFC truly prepared the authentic recipe that I recall. Every item I ordered was precisely as I remembered from my childhood. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Continue the great work.
This is old school fast food, lol. They put effort into making the seating area pleasant, and the food is made right. It's super weird when a fast food franchise really tries in 2025 so I wanted to note it.
