⭐ 1 star Absolutely pathetic experience. The chicken was hard, bitter, and tasted like it had been fried in extremely old, reused oil. It was so tough that it was barely edible. The burger was terrible as well, and on top of that, the food was served cold. How can a KFC serve chicken this bad? Nothing tasted fresh, hot, or even remotely enjoyable. This was a complete waste of money. I would definitely NOT come back to this location. Extremely disappointing and one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had.
Itiel and Brayan are nice people
