First: I want to compliment Andrea, an employee who went above and beyond to help me. I'm writing this review primarily for her. Person in drive-through told me that the store ran out of food an hour before they closed. I guess the business does not want money.
I am the LAST PERSON in the WORLD to write bad reviews but how can a FRIED CHICKEN joint not know the difference with WHITE and DARK meat???? Very NASTY DISGUSTING attitude from the OLDER "lady" at the drive thru. Either RETRAIN your staff or Mr. Scotty will SHUTDOWN the store! Very LOW coming from the LAST KFC in the area. PATHETIC!
Made me wait 20 mins for my food and when I asked if he could check on it, he just shook his head saying no.
The chicken was ok, not what it used to be. Service was surprisingly fast. Overall fair.
