Do not go to this KFC. I ordered in the drive though line and just got home. My two breasts were a little bigger than a wing and the chicken was burnt all the way through. It's sad when your only job is to cook chicken and you can't even get that right. Won't be going back there anymore.
The lazy drive thru lady didn't even give us a fork to eat mashed potatoes with.. had to ask her for sauces... no butter for the biscuits..probably the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.. pat attention at training and ya all might do more business
I ordered my food at 2:12pm and I asked for a receipt at the window and then I was ask did I want crispy no and then she asked me to pull up about 5 to 10 min later I get my food and I ask for my receipt and she says broken and I say I would like my receipt and she I don't know how you going get so a drive around and go in the store and I guess he was the manager on duty he gives me my receipt and I say my chicken looks like it's 1/2 peice of chicken then I ask for a refund and calls someone name Chris I guess he told him th... read more
