I arrived at KFC in Sandusky tonight after 6pm. The voice that came through the speaker, Greg, was friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. I know he was busy, but Greg treated our interaction as though I was his only customer. I could just see his smile through the speaker. He did not disappoint me when I moved to the window. Only 1 person at register, 2 people on drive thru and when I came in there was like 2-3 cars. I think I should have went to the drive thru I would have gotten faster service that way. Now after 10-15mins he came over and when I said I have a to go order, it wasn't even done and they didn't even look at it until I came in and had to wait almost 10mins for my dinner!!
