Food order was not correct. Young man that took my order was courteous and polite, however the entire kitchen staff was SILENT. One of the workers with purple hair and kinda heavy did not acknowledge anyone in the lobby when she passed by multiple times to go to the drive thru. Saw people leave because they were not spoken to or told about the extended wait time.
Dirty very dirty. Definitely not like KFC back in the day. I ordered in drive thru. Pulled around. I couldn't get that food. Staff nice but not presentation. Team meetings needed. Pay better. Don't fire anyone. Just get it together ☺️
I ordered an 8-piece meal for delivery. It was supposed to include four biscuits. There were no biscuits. I tried repeatedly to call the store and nobody answered the phone. How hard can it be simply to check an order to see that everything is in there before it goes out?
