Service is horrible.
Stood in line with a couple other people for 30+minutes, i was picking up an order for Uber but no employee acknowledged us at all. I just ended up canceling the order and leaving. The drive thru line wasn't slammed with cars and there weren't a lot of people inside of the restaurant so the lack of acknowledgement or just a greeting and "please give us a moment" is odd. Like another person stated, this location needs to be closed if they're struggling that bad.
I ordered on the app and when it said it was ready it wasn't. I waited another 20 mind for a 2 piece chicken and drink. The owner doesn't care they never responded to anyone. There was only three workers in the place doing all the jobs. And how do you not ever have enough chicken my god it's a chicken place. Kfc is one of many powder Springs Fast Food place that isn't Fast nor Good quality products.
Ordered through DoorDash! Food is disgusting, chicken is rubbery, dry, and gray.
