After MANY years, we decided to try KFC again, too many very bad experiences stopped us eating there. They had the 8 pc. tenders/chicken Tuesday deal. I have a couple of questions. First and foremost, why have they changed the recipe? The chicken was terrible!! It was not the original recipe we remember and it left a bad aftertaste. Serving old, try, sour tasting chicken with a lot of condiments. Wasted money. The chicken was absolutely horrible. I should have read the reviews before going. The first 3 pieces were yuck and greasy. As we got down the bucket it was absolutely gross.

Sunday before Christmas and my family is gathering for Christmas and wanted KFC for our meal for 5 people. We were told in the drive thru, their computer was down and we needed to come inside to order. Went inside and waited over 30 minutes before we were even addressed. The workers are working their knuckles to the bone and I’m hearing them say to each other they couldn’t fill any more orders per the manager, who by the way, was giving orders from the comfort of her home. I just spent $15.56 for food that was not fresh. I visited this location 11:02 a.m. this morning. I ordered a 6 Hot Spicy Wing Combo. First of all the chicken was not fresh; it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. How could it not be fresh this early in the day. The mac and cheese appeared to be watered down. I wanted Lemonade and it was out. The Dr. Pepper did not taste like Dr. Pepper. This was a horrible experience on today. Service is consistently terrible. They close at 11 but just told us the close at 10:30 because it’s getting colder; it was 10:36. Same kid last time told us we couldn’t have ranch dressing because we didn’t order chicken strips. We spent $50 on a family meal and sides but it was the rules we couldn’t have ranch. They wouldn’t even sell it to us. They’re always out of something or food tends to be spoiled. Don’t go here.
