If I could give 0 I would. I have been coming here nearly 10 years. Manager yelled at me telling me she has been working there for 25 years! The manager refused to give me the 2pc legs and side for the price and the side I wanted for 4.99!! She said it "HAS" to mash potatoes. I got the fried chicken bucket, but the pieces were salty, soggy, and oily. I ordered through the app and picked it up via the drive-thru, but it wasn’t hot by the time I got it. The chicken ended up cold and soft. I had to air fry it again at home, and my drip pan was filled with oil from the pieces.
