First of all. No hot sauce or napkins for my to go order. Black mold in men’s bathroom. And a hair in my famous bowl.
I’m not putting any stars for this place my brother had found a piece plastic in his chicken and he’s handicapped went down showed them that piece of plastic and they didn’t care what if a kid was to choke on that they obviously don’t care about anybody’s well being or the kids don’t eat at kfc you might get a piece of plastic in your food and they also tried telling that it didn’t come from their store but it obviously did
KFC is not what it used to be. The crispy chicken is now all breading no meat tastes like nothing but old grease. Biscuits dry . Watched the staff through drive thru window stir drink with a spoon and had 3 fingers in the drink as well then just wiped them on his jeans another guy filling the chicken box had a huge beard with a guard on that was pointless. Never again ever!! Yuck!!! Beware!!!
My mobile order was wrong fries were old and biscuit were hard. Manager argued with me about the fries on my phone call saying they were fresh she said she watched them dump them but at 12:40 they tasted like they had been there since opening…. But of course me the customer was wrong . I’m over this location I’ll be going up the chain with my complaint
