I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the Welch wv kfc. The chicken was great and the staff was outstanding, especially the cashier. I didn't look at her name but she wore glasses and was very cheerful and full of energy.
I waited 15 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken that wasn't even hot when I got home, and I live less than 10 minutes away. I had to wait over 5minutes to be helped at the register and then another 10 mins to then only see them pull a piece of chicken off the rack. I don't know why they had me waiting for room temperature chicken. They ran around doing everything but putting two pieces of chicken in a box.
