I didn't go to KFC it was burger king.
The worst KFC in AZ, you jave to wait 20 min + if you want your food, the staff is hoping you'll just say no to the wait time. Last 3 times i've tried to get food from there they are out of chicken, it is a chicken restaurant so it makes no sense for them to be out of their main product.
Ordered $40+ worth of food at about 8:30-9pm. We were told that it would take about 30-40min for our food to be ready. We were okay with that. After about 25-35min of waiting we were asked to pull forward for another behind us to order. That customer also pulled forward into a parking space.
