My family and I picked up a 12 piece family deal tonight. Our fries were half empty. All of the fried food tasted like it was fried in old oil... So does their nacho chips and basically anything there has a chemical taste almost. Now I know it's fast food but when you're paying 55 dollars I do expect some kind of standard. We live in a small town with very small food options and most of them especially the fast food places are a disappointment or mediocre at best. Make fast food good again!!! Very unhappy customer :(
They have gotten better and faster
I ordered a chicken tender meal and got it through door dash, door dash was fantastic no problems there. The problem lies with the quality of the food. This chicken is so overcooked that it’s hard. The biscuit was absolutely hard for over $21. This had to be the worst meal I have ever eaten. My dogs. Didn’t even wanna eat it? I will absolutely never eat at KFC again. Somebody needs to get in there and start checking the quality of the food before it gets sent out.
Says they close at 10 but we’re already closed at 9:40. Get it together.
