Don't order food on the app to try and same time. It's too complicated for them to understand. About 8-10 people working/standing and I ordered ahead only to wait 10 more minutes because they gave my very simple order of 2 pc mash and biscuit. To someone else. No excuse. Wow! I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and maybe they were having. A bad day and that’s why they could not be bothered to thank me after I thanked them but instead got a weird look at closed window. Then I get out of the parking lot grab one of the 2 chicken sandwiches and it was ice cold the chicken was old cold and chewy that’s after I waited 10+ minutes for my food so what the heck were they doing? Went to kfc after parade of lights,sat in the drive through for 30 min to serve 3 cars in front of me ordered the festive feast. And some tenders and a side of Mac and cheese. When I got home I found and 8 piece nuggets cole slaw and some biscuits. Will not be back
