Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered the $20 build a bucket. Told me that it was extra crispy is what the only had so I said ok. Went to the window the manager herself told me that they ran out of extra crispy so it would be original I said ok that’s fine. They told me to pull up and wait mind you it was 7:18 pm. The GM and employees was very sweet great food
Terrible. Got so excited to try the twisters again. Ordered it with no tomato and got a burnt tortilla that won’t even close with just 2 chicken strips and ranch in it, nothing else. Ordered a diet, got regular Pepsi. Just overall a waste of money.
Don't order food on the app to try and same time. It's too complicated for them to understand. About 8-10 people working/standing and I ordered ahead only to wait 10 more minutes because they gave my very simple order of 2 pc mash and biscuit. To someone else. No excuse. I used to brag about this store. Not anymore.
