We ordered and paid for all white meat extra crispy. Got 4 wings and 4 thighs. Online, says 4 sides, in store, says no, only 2. Got mashed potatoes says gravy is included, not. Glad there are other chicken places in town
I ordered DoorDash from KFC. The order of 6 hot chicken wings wasn’t even made when my DoorDash driver went to pick it up. Upon asking when the order is ready, the KFC employees cussed out my DoorDash delivery driver. Hence I had to cancel the order for half the price I paid for.
Worst experience, been waiting for an hour for a fried chicken. And the food is bad, doubt their quality control.
