The KFC on east blu Granville road is close to my house, but I don't go there anymore because of bad service.It's always slow. How's that work and decided to go to this location?Lady at the counter was quick to take my order and I received my food quickly.
I came through the drive thru with a friend the other night my food was terrible our fries were stale chicken was dry the sandwiches were wrong so when I called the store 10 minutes after I called 4 times that night to get no answer so I drove over there and the place was empty in 20 minutes! I had a mobile order for a 12 piece bucket and meal combo for 2 that I placed around 9:50 last night when I had placed it the app told me it would be about 20-30 minutes before it would be ready however not more than 10 minutes after I placed the order it switched from being prepared to being ready so I left and went over which only takes me 3 minutes to do 5 at the longest with traffic so all in all the time between my order being just placed to being actually picked up wasn’t more than a 20 minute total yet when I picked e... read more
Worst KFC EVER!! Do not go!!!!!
Chicken good as always. Ordered the 5 piece meal for 2 which is supposed to include 2 biscuits but we didn't get them. Minor detail, but still.........
