Ordered a family meal. There was another car in the drive through. The lady bringing food out took my order to their car by mistake. After she realized she apologized profusely and said she'd make it right after fresh fries were ready. Not only did she make it right, she gave me a couple extra sides and more apologies. The food was fine, but I'll be back because of her service. 10/10, she saved the day and my mood.
The food was awful
Service was awful. Was there around 5:30. I saw 4 very unhappy customer's. One man had waited 20 minutes for 2 tacos and still didn't have them when I left, he ask for a refund and was told it would take 2 days until the general manager was back. My order was wrong, went back in and had to wait another 20 minutes. went there yesterday and got told they had a time limit in the drive thru so i needed to hurry up and i went back today and went in this time and ordered 2 tacos. waited 30mins and got this. i got another taco but it looked like it had spit on it so i threw it away right away😂😂.
