Avoid this location! I placed a mobile order using a T-Mobile coupon, but the moment I gave him my name, he canceled the order right in front of me on his tablet. He refused to honor the promotion and offered no explanation other than 'you'll get a refund.' It is incredibly unprofessional for “a manager” to wait until a customer arrives to cancel a paid order just to avoid honoring a partnership deal .I won't be back.
If you have T-Mobile Tuesday and have several to redeem here, DON’T. They will cancel your orders, thinking you “robbing” them. And the so called “Manager” refused to give you your orders. Crappy customer service.
