I am a doordash driver for one doordash order should not take longer than the drive-thru these restaurants don't understand if you make a driver wait 10 minutes you're actually taking money out of his pocket that's one less order he can get an hour also too he's now made late for other people. If these restaurants can't handle the orders maybe they shouldn't accept doordash
Customer service was awesome
first of all the gentle behind the counter was very nice and helpful he gets 5 stars. The chicken was awful! It was absolutely almost inedible. Everyone of my pieces were Soggy, not hot nor crispy. I did see the chicken sitting on the rack under a warmer but felt bad asking because that guy was the only one working up front. The inside of the store was dated, dirty and looks like it did in 1971 when ai first went there after moving to Tustin. What a disappointment!
