I placed a order Saturday morning, there was a huge parade going and I was unable to get to the location. I drive around for 30 minutes driving to find a way around the parade but couldn't do it. I called the location and told them about it all and that I needed to cancel my order , said I needed to call customer service so I did. Once I spoke to customer service they said someone would call me back to discuss the issue and issue a refund. I stopped by to purchase 4 piece combo#3, charged me $12.58. When I got home, there are only 2 pieces in my portion. They are not that busy. So disappointed!!!
Extraordinarily slow and rude individual working the cash register. She was busy taking personal calls instead of getting orders. Lazy. A simple 8 piece bucket with 2 sides should not take 25 minutes. Do better KFC.
