I ordered online. Went to pick up 10 minutes after the app said the order was ready. Store rep told me they don't have an order for that person. No wifi service in the area. I go home, and find an email that said I was charged for my order and it's ready at the time the app said it was supposed to be ready. What's the disconnect? Store doesn't know what the app is doing. Bad app. Still haven't gotten my money back. I'm waiting for an account rep in a "queue" after being disconnected on the app. Bad experience and got cheated... read more
Was asked to wait 40 minutes for two meals after they marked my order complete in their system to look good. Refused a refund. No food, no refund. Unacceptable customer service.
I wasn't gonna write this because I felt bad for the employees but honestly kinda ridiculous. I ordered at 6:05pm a online order for 2 sandwich and a fried chicken meal, I arrived at 6:20pm to a restaurant packed with customers none of which had food. I finally received my order at 6:57pm 52 minutes in total a record for waiting for fast food for me absolutely insane but whatever their busy I can maybe chalk it up to low staffing, but after getting home we noticed that one of the sandwiches which was the mikes hot honey was ... read more
Tried again after a long time and still as bad as it was before. Tried ordering the promo and had no reply in drivethru speaker for awhile until a reply of 10min... and when i tried to speak, was told it was unavailable... i guess they didnt feel like making it...
We were very happy with the service and the quality of the food from you. We ordered the family meal with 16 pieces of extra crispy chicken, sweet corn and coleslaw. Our order was ready when we got to your store and the service person was pleasant and polite. When we got home we got to enjoy the most delicious and fresh food. Thank you.
