Tonight when I came to KFC in moberly the restaurant was packed up and there were only a few customers waiting in the lobby. Benjamin (I believe the manager on shift) came around the corner and explained that there was a bit of a wait for the food tonight and I told him it was no big deal for us to wait. A little while later he takes our order and makes sure everything is correct and gave us discount for waiting. I visited the drive thru and placed my order. I was asked to pull around and wait because there was one order ahead of me. Waited 10-16 minutes. Went inside and was told they were making coleslaw. Waited another 8 minutes and went inside. My order was still not ready. I requested a refund. Maybe you should tell Brandon the manager he should have coleslaw prepared at 5oclock on a Friday night.
I generally enjoy KFC; the food is quite good, although they sometimes have limited menu items, slow service, or subpar food quality. It's usually satisfactory, though. The restrooms could be improved; I noticed the door was propped open with a rock. Overall, it's an acceptable restaurant, which is why I gave it a 3 out of 5-star review on Google Maps.
Manager was amazing. Food was fresh and order was correct. Very nice staff!
