Placed my order through the app an hour ahead of pickup. Still stood around in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for my order, all I got was 3 chicken littles and a small fry so nothing outrageous. Ended up with 3 whole chicken sandwiches. There were about 5 employees I could see, and the location was not busy at all, there were only 3 other customers (who were helped before me) the entire 30 minutes I was there, but no one was working on my order even after checking in and being asked if I was helped. It was good fast no wait they was calling my name before I even got my drink finish
Chicken sandwich was likely fried hours before I arrived. I asked for the spicy version and there was nothing on my sandwich, but there was a large tuft of black hair. Awful experience the last two visits. Go elsewhere.
