After a long day at work, my husband and I decided to order an 8-piece family meal. I swear, it was the worst experience of my life: the fries weren't full, and the 8 pieces were all wings and drumsticks. There were no napkins and no ice. I was a General Manager at a fast-food restaurant for four years, and I can confirm that this is unacceptable. I’m going to call corporate.
